Cnergee, situated in Navi Mumbai, specialises in comprehensive networking solutions via the cloud for enterprises of all kinds. Cnergee has created a suite of 5G ready software solutions for Network as a Service (NaaS) that can be implemented at scale to provide zero touch service provisioning, central remote monitoring, and administration of all connected devices with a variety of real time analytics.

Airtel will be able to sharpen its NaaS offering for Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs) wanting to speed their transition to cloud-based applications as a result of the share purchase. Airtel already provides SMBs with a wide choice of connectivity and productivity solutions, supported by an unrivalled distribution network reach across India.

Furthermore, Cnergee’s powerful software tools will contribute to Airtel’s portfolio of ‘Work From Anywhere’ solutions as businesses seek to implement hybrid work models in the post-pandemic world.
